The gym isn’t simply for health and fitness for us, it’s apart of our lives, it’s our second home. Where we can find a sense of peace, certainty and progress. It’s our playground, our sanctuary.

My background started in Powerlifting back in 2013 which has taken me as an athlete to a medal at national level, and I’ve coached several people to state and national championships.

I’ve also had training in all kinds of strength sports including Olympic Weightlifting and Strongman.

Training people for performance is definitely one of my specialties, but helping beginners become comfortable in the gym and discovering their strength is another passion I have, and is one of the things that keeps me excited to be in this profession.

I love building strong relationships with the people I coach, and I take great pride in the trust that my clients have in me.

I’m an exercise scientist who specializes in the development and rehabilitation of injuries to get athletes back to their highest level of performance.

Working since 2020 with a variety of athletes, I’ve come to learn that getting athletes back to high performance is more than just waiting for the weeks to pass by. It’s all about hard work, dedication, and 100% effort to reach the end goals.

Over these years, I’ve grown to love the process of exercise rehabilitation, and the satisfaction when a client reaches a successful return to their chosen sport gives me an unreal feeling.

At Training Day, I hope I can continue adding my client success stories and aid them in their return to sport, and everyday living.

I firmly believe that physical health is a critical component of overall well-being, and I am committed to making practical, straightforward solutions accessible to everyone.

Although I have a background in S&C, my own skill set is rooted in advanced hypertrophy techniques, body-composition change, and powerlifting. “Without a ruler, we can’t make the crooked straight”, in my practice, I aim to be the ruler which my clients can rely on to ensure they stay on track and in the right direction.

I was a national level gymnast for 12 years and a competitive Olympic Weightlifter since 2017.

I’m also in my final year of studying a Bachelor of Nursing / Bachelor of Psychological Science.

Having both coached and rehabbed national and international level powerlifters, track and field athletes, and spent the last 6 years working in semi-professional and professional AFL and soccer, I know what’s required to get athletes back performing at 100%.
