I began my journey at Training Day as a member and fell in love with everything.
Since I started my own fitness journey as a gym member first, I can understand the challenges many of my clients are going through. From the nerves of not knowing what to do at the gym, to the lack of motivation.
Prior to my fitness career, I was a disability support worker. Through my experiences, I have learnt the importance of being adaptable and inclusive to everyone’s needs. When it comes to training, I like to take the same approach and cater to my client’s individual needs.
